Mac & Cheese

I feel I should take a moment to mark the occasion:

Without officially making a statement in either direction regarding my expertise, or ineptitude, in the culinary arts, I find myself relating to anyone who cares to listen the following story:

I successfully failed at making mac and cheese.

Yes, that's right. I. flopped. at. making. macaroni. and. cheese.

What can I say? Count on me to whip up a magical batch of waffles. But don't let me near the pasta!

Without the amazing powdery stuff that I'm used to using, I somehow mixed up a pot where all the cheese stuck to my spoon. While the milk and macaroni merrily swirled around in the bottom of the pan. And, yes, the stove was hot. I'm not quite thickheaded enough to try and mix it up raw and cold!

But in spite of it all, I still ate it. And Steves didn't seem to mind either!
