Whew!!!

well...i have made it successfully through my morning!! we shall see if i will remain half as sane throughout the afternoon. the only difference being that i have only 1/3 of my americano left from this mornings run to starbucks...that's half as much as it took to keep me from pulling all my curly red hair out this morning.

how to sum it up? well...lets start with old man...deaf in the only ear i can talk to him in...since his other ear is full of an earpiece for the phone...no clue what a computer is or how to use a mouse...likes to hear himself talk...needs babysitting every second to help him to HIS job...umm....i'll stop right there, cause i'll only come across as bitter!

which i'm not...suffice it to say that it was a morning for steeling the nerves, focusing on teamwork, practicing constructive criticism, and focusing on listening, looking, and learning.
