Beauty in it All

::mood:: mesmerized
::music:: improv, by .BNH.
::location:: the gypsy coffee house

My insight, to the flight
Of circumstances that have brought me to this place
From the broken, now revived-awoken
And calmly enjoying Love’s true face
What a calamity, the ugly past can be
When you aloud it decapitate your confidence
And the skeletons in the closet, must be dealt with
That peace will overtake and become evident
I lift my glass the failure of the one who tries so hard
One day his effort reveals the ultimate prize
But for he who fears failure so much, he loses touch
And dares not even try
You’ve lost the battle already

I don’t want to see you fall
Down in the world’s deep call
And don’t want to see you give up
Cause there’s beauty in it all

Open strugglin, daily togglin
The dreams you think you cannot have
Your miseducation, with your current situation
Has gone and stolen your freeing laugh
Consequently, you decently
Tried to cover up the fight
You answer rhetorically, artistic and metaphorically
Without understanding Love’s given flight
And the story continues, at each of life’s circumstantial venues
That someone gives up and someone gives in
There’s a hole that collects
Those who give into the wrecks
And don’t deal with the struggles within

I don’t want to see you fall
Down in the world’s deep call
And don’t want to see you give up
Cause there’s beauty in it all
