Think about that.
We love to turn to the Lord when things are hard: beg him for mercy, and love, and favor, and blessing.
We love asking Him for more than what we have now.
But...
When was the last time you stepped outside in the morning, took a deep breath of air, and thanked HIM for the beauty of it? for the green grass underfoot; for the uneventful drive to church; for the coffee with your breakfast; for music.
Without waiting for a disaster to turn your attention in His direction...
...just because.
Think about it.
And thank Him for life.

Wow, John thanks for the reminder...when was the last time I just thanked God for the wonderful day that we are having...It puts things in to purpestictive that even though life gets busy and stressful, we need to always stop for a breather and praise God for his creation, because frankly it takes my breath away.
